As we all welcome 2019 with hope, we are thanking you for the opportunities you have given to us and wish a better New Year for you and your loved ones.❤️
We set the journey to develop a ground breaking product and to do that we needed innovators and collaborators; to work together to make it possible and we can’t express how thankful the community has been to us.?
CLIK + is a project with more features to come, and your continued feedback and innovative ideas will make it possible. ?
We want to also express a big thank you to all the backers that joined the beta testing program and for all your help still supporting us with feedback and ideas.

Crowdfunding is where people pledge to make an innovation project possible and every single pledge from $1 ?to thousands played a major part in the development of CLIK +.
From, paying for packaging, tooling, electronic parts, factory workers, insurance, certification, third-party development teams and production. We thank you all and there is more to come!
Our next goal is to work with our couriers and factory to ensure all those yet to get their earbuds get it in the next coming months.?
As we prepare to start implementing all the amazing features, we will be switching to a support fast edge computing system with the help of Amazon. Therefore there will be a slight service disruption for around 48 hours when the time comes and we do apologise in advance for that. It’s to help provide better service for you to enjoy CLIK + fully.

We want to thank all those who have reached out to us for their amazing feedback and suggestions on CLIK +.?
Things are going to get super exciting in the new year if we implement even half of your suggestions and feedback ? .
Since shipping kicked off, we’ve already finalized and we are now testing the following updates:
- Offline translation
- Support in other Asian countries
- Bug fixing for IOS users
- Translation speed
For those who had special requests or the white version. Most of these have already been dispatched. Always use Backer kit to check updates.
Important shipping to Taiwan and part of Asia:
Please make sure you have the right ID card same as the name on your packaging. All those whom we have emailed to submit a Photo ID for your product to be cleared due to their country policy, please do so, as to avoid return especially those in Taiwan, Japan and China. We’ve already had about 30 products returned due to failed ID verification and wrong address submission etc.

Apologies for the long overdue update.
We understand backing a project on Crowdfunding can be very frustrating when delays happen or products are not delivered on time. Unfortunately, the majority of entrepreneurs who collaborate with backers to develop and manufacture breakthrough technologies and hardware are faced with many technical and logistics issues - it is almost impossible to avoid them all.
Mymanu is no exception. Mymanu CLIK + is the World’s most advanced earbuds with live voice translation and most pristine sound quality. We promised a unique product and had to develop everything from scratch. This caused development and manufacturing delays. All the products are manufactured and dispatched from our warehouse a couple of weeks ago. ? but we are facing another challenge from getting all the multiple dropships sorted from one of our suppliers which is causing delays. ☹
We have worked tirelessly day and night for 4 weeks to sort it out. Hopefully, this should be sorted soon.
We would like to thank all the amazing backers who have been supportive, appreciative of the difficulties to bring to market a revolutionary product and understood that Crowdfunding can be a gamble and not a scam.

We just wanted to keep you updated on the progress to ship Mymanu Clik +
Do not despair! Your product is on its way
It has been shipped from our manufacturing site to our distribution centre. The shipping companies have now collected them and are now processing them all – slower than expected due to Summer holidays. They have promised us to send us your tracking order by end of next week.
New languages on Android
Our development team is currently making the final touches to the Android- version of Mymanu Translate App. The new 9 languages should be released at the end of the week ?
