Hello Mymanu,

Hope you are well and are enjoying the beginning of Spring. We even had a heat wave in Manchester. It was hotter than in the south of Europe like Malta! :)

Here is a quick update to keep you informed of the shipping progress.

For those who have already received their Mymanu Clik+ earbuds or tracking numbers, you will also receive an emailing containing a link to a new software update. Please keep an eye on your inbox. This new feature will unveil further functions.

As mentioned in the last update, newly enacted security rules on consumer electronics have entered into force in some territories and some customs and shipping companies like FedEx are holding back products. As Mymanu CLIK + case can also charge your phone, they need to produce a different report. (See below)

Mymanu and its suppliers have provided all the necessary information and are now waiting for them to produce the report to release the goods. We have been informed this may extend our shipping date to middle of May. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Thanks for your understanding.

What we are doing:

Our production is still going strong and our team are ensuring all information is ready for the next batches. We are also in touch with other carriers to carry on dispatching your rewards.

As you can imagine this is a very demanding time for our small team. Those who already have their CLIK + can also get VIP support from our product support page. We may be slow in responding on indiegogo platform.

Hope you are enjoying this Spring! Here in Manchester (UK) we are still waiting for it :) Still rain and cold! Fortunately, the weather has not delayed your shipment . All is under way.

Recent changes in legislation across the world have however resulted in electronics products being thoroughly checked by customs. Mymanu CLIK + has over 120 components with multiple reinvented parts to make it a unique product so some countries require detailed report and carry out assessments before letting it through. Thanks for being patient with your national customs.

We hope you all had an amazing Easter. How awesome and busy the last few weeks have been!

We also visited the factory to make sure we have enough trained staff and set up two new assembly lines and performed some final reliability tests. We We are excited to be kicking off shipping :)  and aim to complete all shipping, by the end of the month.

You will now receive the latest version of Mymanu Play that will power Mymanu Clik and gives you access to exclusive features such as High-Fidelity Sound next week including other important news whilst you wait for your CLIK +

We hope you are having a great start of the year like us!

We’ve just returned from CES Las Vegas – the World’s largest consumer electronics tradeshow! We met thousands of people – some big and small “wanna-be” competitors and other audio companies who wanted to check out CLIK+ - the most advanced, truly wireless earbuds with live voice translation and most pristine sound! But, they were not disappointed! Check video from backers below :)

We would like to THANK all the backers and fans who joined us there! We are delighted to know that you are all so impressed with the final product despite the delay. Thank you for your understanding and on-going support!

Shipping:

We have now produced for our KS VIP backers the next small batch with the new button to check the charging status. It will be leaving our factory in the next two weeks to our logistics centre.

We will be send all Indiegogo backers the instructions to confirm your postal address in February so it can be shipped from 30th of March as promised.
