"Jet setting" with Mymanu
We have just landed back from China after a 56-hours delayed flight in economy class and 2 overnight stays in very cheap hostels (courtesy of the airlines). Very tiring :)
Productive trip:
The further testing required have paid off and our manufacturing and developing teams have made great progress. For instance, we have developed our own proprietary ear tips giving users the highest flexibility and comfortability for any types of ears.
Do you know that everyone's ear canal shape and size change with movement and temperature?
Our unique viscoelastic memory foam technology moulds to the shape of the ear canal at body temperature for a dynamic custom fit. It seals in low frequency energy which prevent it from any bass leakage, for a more pristine sound. The material is also engineered to provide optimal friction coefficient, so the tips stay put with a built-in filter to protect earphones from wax and debris or even sweat.
We have also started the fine tuning, further acoustics tests of Mymanu Clik and sorting out the certification for our backers in America, Europe and Asia. A lot of admin and play with spreadsheets. Who does not like this? Ha!
Software
What would the World's first smart, wireless earphones with live translation be without the best translation App?
Well, we have made tremendous progress with our own translation engine. The UX/UI for the IOS version of the app is now complete as well as the Android. Both apps are ready to begin software Quality Assurance (QA) testing by our selected backers.
Planed BETA release date is the first week of August 2017 and you will be able to compare it to other Apps out there. We cannot wait!

Mymanu Play Launch-Development-shipping update

Last week at The Next Web Conference in Amsterdam, Mymanu released its long-awaited own player, Mymanu Play. This unique player lets you access ALL your playlists and streams from one platform whilst discovering what people around you listen to and create new sounds! Download it on...
You can use Mymanu Play with any Bluetooth speakers or wired or wireless earphones.
Development update
After weeks of testing different antenna designs to ensure the highest Bluetooth quality signal, we have finalised our own antenna design. Its optimum location will also ensure the highest connectivity with your phone hence guaranteeing the highest performance of Mymanu Clik.
Testing has also showed other areas that need to be improved to ensure the highest comfort and functionality of Clik users. These tests are critical to avoid any hardware problems. Our internal designers will be working very closely with our manufacturers over the next month on these. Shipping will unfortunately be postponed till late summer 2017 to ensure you are satisfied when you receive your Mymanu Clik.
More time to update your preference
Postponing shipping till summer gives you a couple of months to update your preference in colours, shipping address and buy a pair for a loved-one.

What colour would you like?
Hello Manu's,
We hope you are all well and enjoying your weekend. We wanted to give you a heads up that the surveys setup using Backer kit has now been completed and you should start receiving surveys regarding your colour choice and address confirmation. Please take your time and complete it once received and if you want to change anything you can do so by logging back in.
NOTE: This is not our monthly development update.
We are now almost done with the implementation of suggestions from the beta testers on Mymanu Play. Release updates, remaining testing and shipping schedule will be published later next week.

Hope you are all well. Another month has gone and more progress has been made on Clik
Mymanu Play - Beta Testing almost finished
We finally received the long-awaited approval from Apple, we kicked off beta testing of Mymanu Play. This will be the core music App of Clik that will enable you to select any of your songs from one platform and adjust sound effect. Our devoted winning backers have tested it tirelessly to identify any bugs. This week is the last stretch before we start making changes to make sure all features work perfectly. Thanks to:

Remember when the first mobile phones were invented with the external antenna?
In the past weeks, our engineers have been working around the clock to fine tune the connection between the left and right ear. The purpose was to test and finalise all engineering components to ensure that the product performs to the exact specifications of the final product.
When it comes to connection between wireless earbuds and phones, it is quite easy. Many firms have been doing this for years. However, the real challenge is when we add another connection to the earphones – like connection between the left and right earbuds to add more features - and maintain a strong connection to your device.
Imagine you listen to a track on your wireless earbuds and you can only hear it from one side. How annoying would that be!
Most current Bluetooth earbuds on the market fail at delivering a constant connection without losing any sound quality. Poor connection and drop in between the two ears due to the way the Bluetooth antenna works. We therefore decided to invent our own antenna. Our testing has shown a performance much higher than any other wireless earbuds on the market and we are pleased
Packaging
If packaging is crucial to attract customers in shops, it is also essential to ensure Mymanu CLIK® is listed with retailers. It’s not a like rocket science. Our team have been working on it, the user guide, labels, and many other things and should be ready this month. We are making sure it reflects the values of Mymanu.
